Our business hours our Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM CST and Friday 8:00 AM through 3:00 PM CST. We are closed all major holidays.
We will do our best to return phone call and emails as quickly as possible, but due to the high demand there may be a delay in getting back to you. Please send emails if you are having any trouble getting contacting us as this allows us to figure out the issue and contact you as quickly as possible.
Due to the volume and complexity of orders, we will ship all orders based on when the order was placed and ship all orders based on that order. We will send updates on the status of your order at the end of each week. We are working to make sure all products are stocked, but due to the current volume of orders we can not guarantee that your order will ship next day. We are working to bring on additional staff to help with fulfilling orders and make sure every part is crafted to our high quality standards. However this is a learning process for new staff and they require detailed training to produce the parts we sell. This will take time to develop these skills. This effort does take time and delays can happen. We strive to build and manufacture as many of our components in house so we can assure each part is manufactured to the standards we strive for. There maybe a delay on your order of up to several weeks or more depending on the size and complexity. We appreciate your understanding as we grow and develop high performance parts.
