EGR Block Off Plates for your Jeep, Mercedes, Chrysler with the OM642 engine. The exhaust side plates are laser cut from 304 Stainless Steel Plate. The intake manifold plate is laser cut from 6061 aluminum. These plates allow you to block off the EGR flow from the exhaust. The exhaust pressure sensor must be relocated for these engines or your turbo will not operate correctly because the ECM can not see what exhaust boost pressure is to help control the turbo VGT system. Must be used with proper ECM tuning otherwise you will get CEL. This kit is designed for Jeep, Mercedes, Chrysler 2007-2012 vehicles running the OM642 engine.
