Jeep Mercedes OM642 exhaust Y Pipe collector port and polish. This is an service to port and polish your exhaust y pipe. The basic service is to do a port match on the inlets and outlets to match the gaskets. There is about and 0.125" lip around the ports so exhaust is getting blocked and slowing down the flow. The exhaust y pipes will be cleaned inside and out and port matched. We also offer a full port and polish that will go deeper into the collector and allow full flow from the exhaust manifolds to the turbo turbine housing. We can also sandblast and paint the y pipes with a baked on high temp paint for an additional charge.  You need to send in your Y-Pipe collector for port and polish. See contact info for shipping location. Typical turn around is 10-14 business days. Your Y-pipe needs to be bare, no components attached to it. A $25 refundable deposit is required to make sure the Y-pipes are bare.
